The Planning Board has several items they are proposing as changes to the LUO. You can read through the exsiting sections and the proposed language, here: LUO Changes and Existing Language. A hearing is being held on January 16th, Monday at 6:30PM at the Town Hall in the upper hall. These items will appear on a special ballot at Town Meeting in March 2023.
The "Town Center Vision Project"will be reconvened in late April or earlyMay this year. The subcommittee will be looking at the town property adjacent to the Library for further uses.They hope o bring a plan to Town Meeting next year.
