Carol mentioned that NHACC has information and links to the website for Q2C grant RFPs.

We talked about LCHP grants.

We went into non-public session to discuss several properties.

We discussed deed restrictions and easement overseeing by an interested party to reinforce the easement.

We discussed the 3 levels of appraisals

Summary appraisals - have more explanation, are more comprehensive and are used to find the value of a conservation easement

Restricted use appraisal – less explanation, minimal detail

Low level – a quick appraisal for a ballpark value

We went into non-public session to discuss several properties.

We discussed trails and protecting them.

We discussed the money needed from the Conservation Commission Conservation Fund to cover appraisal and transaction costs for the Eccardt Farm woodland property.

We talked about the spreadsheet. Sandy will take a stab at creating it.
