Town Center Vision Subcommittee – Working meeting Minutes

January 15, 2019

Members present: Lolly Gilbert, Roxy Otterson, Andrew Hatch and Nan Schwartz

1.0 Call to Order - The meeting was called to order by Co-Chair Lolly Gilbert at 6:00 PM in the Town Hall.

2.0 Gilbert opened the meeting and Hatch commented that the overall approach of the report is great. We went through the report page by page and identified typos and added comments and suggestions for changes on each. We discussed eventually coming up with a typeface or brand for Washington that could be used on all signage and print materials.

We discussed the suggestion boxes and keeping them out for about 1½ months to gather comments and ideas and then pull everything together for a public meeting in early summer.

Schwartz will pull all the document edits together in a new document or edit the PDF and send to Penny so she can make the changes.

Gilbert will get an estimate of cost for printing 100 full color pieces for Town Meeting.

3.0 Next meeting –Tuesday January 22^nd at 1pm with Penny and Jared.

Meeting adjourned at 8:15PM.
