1.0 Crandall
called the Public Hearing to order at 6:00PM.
1.1 Bob Bachand –Annexation of acre of TM 11-68, Halverson to TM 11-69-3, Bachand.
Crandall
explained the Bachand and Halverson annexation. We looked at the survey map and
went through the application checklist. Williams asked about the affidavit we
required from Kirsten Halverson, designating her parents as agents in this
transaction. Schwartz produced the affidavit. Kluk asked about the mylars and
Bachand said that his surveyor, Patrick Dombrowski would provide them after the
annexation is approved. We discovered the square footage of the parcels was not
included on the survey. Schwartz asked Bachand if it was on their old survey
but they didnŐt have a copy of it with them. Schwartz said we will ask Dombrowski to add this to the survey before he
makes the mylars.
Crandall
asked for any public comments and there being none he
closed the hearing at 6:15PM.
1.2 David Barkie – Annexation of TM 24-108-2 to TM 24-108-1 Voisine and TM24-109 Mandriano.
Crandall
opened the hearing for the Barkie annexation at 6:20PM. We looked at the survey
map and went through the application checklist. Kluk corrected the tax map lot
numbers on the application because Barkie had used the HLA lot numbers instead.
Williams asked about the boundary markers which were
not shown in the centerline of the brook (which is the agreed boundary line).
Schwartz said the surveyor set the on either side of the stream because you can
set a pin in the stream. It appeared he set them to either side of the brook to
keep the lots even. We didnŐt have a problem with that. Crandall asked for
public comments and there were none.
Crandall
closed the public hearing at 6:30PM.
Respectfully Submitted,
Nan Schwartz
