CIP Subcommittee Meeting with Rescue

Meeting Date: Tuesday, September 12, 2012 at 4:00 pm

Location: Washington Fire/Rescue Station

Attendees: Lionel Chute, Jean Kluk, Steve Terani, Bob Wright, John Corrigan

Visitors: None

CIP committee members, Chute, Terani, and Kluk, met with Rescue Captain Bob Wright and Lieutenant John Corrigan to review the Washington Town Buildings Capital Improvement spreadsheet items specific to the Fire/Rescue Station and Emergency Management.

Bob and John provided updates on the status of capital improvements pertaining to the building and discussed the current shortcomings and future requirements that need to be addressed.

Notes on the details of our discussions and observations are attached. The capital related items will be incorporated in the spreadsheet.

CIP committee members thanked Bob and John for their time.
