3.0 Reviewed progress/questions/issues on data culling and entry to Excel.

Kluk will provide data entry assistance for Terani on Tuesday, May 22 @ 3 pm at Terani’s home. Discussed refinements of Excel data and agreed to keep “Improvement Name” data to 2 words and to not repeat building name. Also agreed that “Current Status” would initially be set to “unknown” until status is confirmed in meetings with departments. Changed “Improvement Categories” to finer breakout: security, space, energy, safety, structural, mechanical, electrical, ventilation, functional and other.

Current completed reports are:

#5 Bill Cole Report on Old School House,

#4 IBEA Energy Audit on Meeting House.

4.0 Determined that no changes to spreadsheet data columns are needed at this time.

5.0 Reviewed goals for next meeting and agreed that completion of culling/entering all reports was too aggressive a schedule. Thus, goals are to make as much progress as possible and also for Kluk to prepare a status report for the Planning Board meeting on June 5 for the committee to review.

6.0 Other new business: discussed holding CIP committee status meetings at the various town buildings. Agreed that logistics are too complicated given limited available meeting times, but that meetings with department heads for updates would be held at the respective building.

7.0 Next meeting date is Monday, June 4 at 8:30 am at Town Hall.
